Last Friday, my daughter handed me this nicely wrapped present when I picked her up from school.  I didn’t open it ’til yesteray morning after breakfast.

This is what’s inside.  Can you guess what this is?

It’s a memo holder and fridge magnet in one.  I immediately made space for it on our fridge. 

I saved the heart-shaped gift tag and stuck it on the corner of my computer screen.

The parish we go to also had a special something for all moms…long-stemmed roses.   I picked a white one, which is my old time favorite.

There’s still one other gift, but I have to wait a few more days to get my hands on it.  It won’t be out on the market ’til the 21st of this month.  Can you guess what it is?

I hope all moms had a wonderful Mother’s Day and I wish everyone a great week ahead!

   Weng, that is such a nice mother’s day gift from Abby… and its useful too.

   It was nice of your parish to hand-out roses to all the mothers. I also prefer the white roses too over the red ones.

   Hmmm, mukhang you will be getting another car, right?

   Belated Happy Mother’s Day Weng. That’s such a lovely and creative gift from your daughter.

   Sorry haven’t visited in a while. My parents are here for a vacation and I’ve been spending a lot of quality time with them. I’ll just make it up to you soon.
