Big Loser Wannabe?

My brother read a very recent entry I wrote about lap-band surgery and kidded about wanting to undergo the procedure when he comes to visit me and my family in the very near future.  I played along and told him there are several reputable surgery centers here in Texas.  There’s lap band houston, lap band Woodlands, lap band Conroe, lap band Spring and lap band Kingswood.  I told my brother that when I pick him up from the airport,  I’ll take him straight to Dr. Richard Collier or we can attend one of his free weekly seminars first.  Hee hee.  Then he said he was just kidding.  I knew that of course.  Then again, if he really wants to, we already have an idea where to go.  Hee hee. ;)

Then and Now

Meeya and Em tagged me for this meme.  The rules are as follows:

If you still keep your baby’s first 3 days photos, We would love to see them. Label them as 1st, 2nd or 3rd day (as shown below). After that, please post the most recent one, one photo will do. You can post as much as you want though. I’m sure you will realize and tell yourself “seems like yesterday”.

 Abby then…

JourneyLite

Weight loss is indeed a journey for a lot of people.  Not all people are able to achieve a healthy weight quite easily and it is understandable why some would opt for a weight loss surgery, specially those who suffer from obesity.  Fortunately, there is lap-band surgery, which is the proven safest weight-loss surgery today.  It is fully adjustable and reversible, too.

It is good to know that the severely overweight people now have an option…a better chance of getting to their healthy weight.

LP #7: Umaapoy (Burning Flame)

Mabuhay!

*Welcome!  For this week’s “Burning Flame” theme of Litratong Pinoy (Photos by Filipinos) I purposely chose what I consider to be “happy flames”…flames from the candles of a birthday cake.  These are photos of my daughter, Abby, on the morning of her 3rd birthday, just before she gets ready to leave for school.  This was last year.  The kitchen/dining room lights were turned off , allowing the 3 little candles to light up the room.*

Mayroon pa akong masasayang umaapoy na lahok DITO.  Bisitahin ang iba pang mga kalahok sa Litratong Pinoy DITO.
