This week’s Photo Hunt theme is “beautiful”.  And when I think beautiful, Abby, my daughter, is the first to come to mind.  That will always be the case.  So this is another stagemommy entry for me.  Hee hee.

I love this meme, which was passed on to me by, guess who…Meeya.   One, it’s simple.  And two, I have another convenient excuse to post one of my favorite Abby and me photos.

This is our first formal portrait together, taken when Abby was about a month old.  The photo just screams “new”: new baby, new mommy, new relationship, new experiences and challenges, new everything.   Abby is now 4 years old.  I sometimes find it hard to believe that she was ever so small…so fragile.  So much has changed and changes will continue to happen.  But Abby will always be my baby.
