Shamu’s Happy Harbor is a 3-acre tropical-themed play area at Sea World San Antonio where children (and adults too!) climb, slide, splash and wade.  Abby had a blast at this attraction.  We are in Sea World almost every month and this was the first time (August 24th) that she ever played at the Happy Harbor.

Check out the hanging tunnels…

Abby had a grand time crawling through these hanging tunnels.  I couldn’t say the same thing about Hubby who was with Abby all the time.  You didn’t think we dared let her explore the enormous playscape all by herself and just watch from a distance, did you?

Hubby, at first, wanted me to go with Abby.  There was just no way I was stepping on those nets!  Hahaha!  Just look at that!  If this were in Chicago, I bet  Chicago personal injury lawyers will be lurking in the sidelines. What I found really nice was the fact that a lot of Dads were into roughin it out with their kids.  So sweet!
