Kung sa Bread Pudding ay tinapay na luma na ang ginagamit, dito sa Banana Choco-Chip Bread naman ay saging na “luma na” ang aking ginamit…yung saging na mayroon ng mga spots na brown kadalasan. Hee hee.
If the main ingredient in Bread Pudding is stale/old bread, it is “old” bananas that I use for Banana Choco-Chip Bread. Often, the bananas already have brown spots, a sign that they have to be consumed ASAP!

Mas kakainin ng aking mag-ama ang saging sa ganitong paraan. Hahaha! Narito ang recipe.
Serving bananas in this manner is a sure way to get the fruit into Hubby’s and Abby’s system.
Lumang tinapay ang isa ko pang lahok sa LP.
