“Twinkle, twinkle little stars. How I wonder what you are?”

We visited the Trail of Lights for the second year in a row. Come to think of it, we’ve only been living in Texas for almost two years.
It is a fun attraction. It won’t remind you so much of the City of Lights nor of your Vegas vacations, but I consider it to be an Austin “must see” during the holiday season. It definitely gives visitors a good shot of holiday cheer.

January 3rd was a perfect day for the outdoors. The temperature was around 80F, so people got to go out in their shorts and flipflops.
We, together with our friends, decided to go to the park so the kids can ride their bikes.
My daughter had so much fun, as expected. She’s getting more comfortable on her “big bike”. Maybe I should take-up biking/cycling, too. It’s a good alternative to running on the treadmill, specially if you have Plantar Fasciitis.
