I made Fresh Salsa for the very first time a few days before SuperBowl Sunday. Hubby and I loved it so much that there was just no going back to bottled salsa. I divided the salsa into two, one for our little girl and one for Hubby and me. I chopped one fresh chili pepper and added it to my and hubby’s salsa. It was hot, hot, hot, all right that the words hemorrhoid cream started flashing in my head. Hee hee.
I made the salsa two or three more times since that first time.
Two weeks ago, I made bundt cakes for the birthday of two of my friends. I’ve been meaning to use my never-been-used bundt pan bought towards the end of last year.
For Friend #1, I made a Carrot Bundt Cake with Honey Cream Cheese Frosting….
For Friend #2, who just absolutely loves chocolate, I made a chocolatey chocolate bundt cake, which I am aptly naming Chocoholic’s Dream Bundt Cake…
I’m pleased with how the bundt cakes came up. If only I could turn this hubby into a successful home business. Then again, why not?! *cross fingers*
