That’s not exactly how these metal pieces sound like but how I’d love it if that were the case. Hee hee. I was organizing our closet this morning and I found this, my, err, belly dancing skirt. I bought this almost 3 years ago on E-bay. I thought then that I’d belly dance my way to fitness. Oh well. Maybe I’d be more inspired if it were gold coins dangling from the skirt. Maybe not?
Last February 9th was the 101st day of school at the elementary school my daughter attends. Kindergarten parents were asked to dress their children in black and white as the kindergartens will be observing a 101 Dalmatians theme. I thought that was a cool idea! So I dressed my little girl in layers of white long-sleeved shirt and black short sleeved shirt and white skirt and tights. I was pleasantly surprised when my daughter got home from school…
My puppy girl! Hee hee.
This day reminded me of our very first visit to the The Long Center to watch our very first Broadway production, The 101 Dalmatians The Musical.
It was quite an experience and we had a blast. Never mind if we were seated way up there…up where we can see everything, including all the exit signs. We hope to catch another performance at the Long Center sometime soon.
Ruff! Ruff!

The L’il Munchkin looks like she’s in medical assistant training school in the above photo, doesn’t she?
This was taken sometime in August at the Houston Children’s Museum. She loved playing veterinarian at the the make-believe vetetinary clinic.
The funny thing is, whenever I ask my daughter what she wants to be when she grows up, she always says, “I want to be an architect, just like you.” That surprises me because it’s not as if she sees me designing houses or buildings. Still, I can’t help but feel warm and tingly all over. Hee hee. She has plenty of time to decide what she wants to be.

We got ourselves a new toy about two to three weeks ago, the Wii Sports Resort. With the old Wii Sports, we took virtual ski vacations. With the Wii Sports Resort, we go on virtual beach holidays. Hee hee.
Except for archery, my daughter beats me in all the other games…and I’m not even letting her win! *sigh*
This car and garage make such a lovely pair. Hee hee. Seriously, I think they’re cute! The car, as I mentioned two posts down, belong to my little girl’s Zhu-Zhu pets.
The garage, in case you’re wondering, requires no door hardware. They simply snap in place. I can’t help but giggle along with my daughter whenever Jilly or Num-Nums come through the garage doors, and mind you, without any help! Kids of today have some of the coolest toys, really.
