Wash Me, Please

If my running shoes can talk, that’s exactly what they would be saying.

As you can see, they are in dire need of washing. The funning thing is, I’ve had them for more than a year and for the longest time but I seldom wore them…until recently. I managed to get them this dirty only in the last 5 months or so when I started exercising again regularly. That includes some short runs several times a week. I’m on my way to forging one of my personal best weight loss stories ever. And I couldn’t be happier! Yay me!
