We.love.chicken. Come to think of it, who doesn’t? Frying is one of the simplest ways of  cooking chicken. I like making Japanese-style fried chicken, karaage. One time, I received a karaage mix sample in the mail, which simplified the entire process even more! And this is how the chicken turned out…

Thank goodness we are not allergic (to chicken or any kind of food for that matter)!  We sure don’t want to land in one of ‘em food allergies austin clinics! Bok-bok=bok!
