No, no, that’s no mistake. It’s not that computer/Facebook game I’m talking about. During the summer break, one of the things that kept my daughter and me busy was bead jewelry making. Here’s a sample of what my daughter made…

I love it!
These days, when people are on a self-imposed shopping diet and resisting the temptation to buy gold online, custom made, one-of-a-kind jewelry is a very sensible option. And you get to express yourself, too! I’ve made several pieces for myself. I so want to make some more!
Cheers!

I’ve been keeping busy this summer (too busy to bother with force factor reviews!). I’m mostly busy keeping my little girl, well, busy. Hee hee. And then, aside from the usual SAHMMY duties, I have found myself releasing my creative duties through a variety of crafts, one of which was jazzing up my flip flops.

I’ve had these Old Navy wedge flip flops for 3 years. Through the magic of velcro, artificial flowers and glue, my old flip flops were renewed. I must say that I love how these turned out.
